SHE IS HIS CROWN

Hello dear sisters.

My name is Jillian. I have been married for 15+ years to my wonderful husband, Jacob. We have 2 beautiful daughters and 3 precious babies in Heaven.

I am a Christian. Jesus Christ is Lord. He is King. Because He is Creator (one with the Father and the Spirit) He gets to determine how ALL things are done. We can know what He wants and who He is by being in His WORD.

My personal testimony is not relevant. My experiences do not determine what Truth is. What is relevant is what God’s Word says. I will share on this blog, at times, lessons I have learned through the discipline and sanctification by and through the Spirit but everything I say must be held to the absolute standard of Scripture.

This blog is a side “project” of my heart. I love my sisters in Christ and God has given me an intense love for Marriage. It points to Christ and His church. It’s beautiful, unique, and has a GRAND purpose in God’s design for women – as wives, as mothers, and in the body of believers.

I know firsthand the destruction being a wicked, deceived, and rebellious wife can do. Through God’s great grace and His leading me to repentance, I have been transformed in Christ.

May we deny our flesh – kill it daily. May we never obey our feelings but take all things before Christ – to His Word – and obey Him. He IS the Word and Scripture is absolutely 100% sufficient for knowledge, reproof, wisdom, discernment, and correction. The Lord loves us as His sheep, as wives. May we glorify Him in all things.
